Harry Knutson

Mr. Knutson founded the company in 1982. Previously he held senior management positions with a number of financial services and investment companies. He is a director of Bonavista Energy Corporation, Pure Energy Ltd., Novus Energy Inc. and Canadian Phoenix Resources Corp. He earned a BA at Simon Fraser University and a Chartered Director designation.

Rick Wlodarczak

Mr. Wlodarczak has been a principal since 1995. Previously he held senior management positions with Consolidated Environmental, an environmental services company and Continental Securities, an investment dealer.  He earned a BCom at the University of British Columbia and CA & CBV designations.

Jack Muir

Mr. Muir has been a principal since 1998. Previously he held senior positions with a number of companies including Sprott Securities Limited  and The Mercantile Bank of Canada. He earned a BA & MBA at Queen's University and a CA designation.
